The Brand
Saltyard is an Atlanta restaurant known for internationally-influenced small plates and local and seasonal ingredients. Led by Chef/Partner Nick Leahy, the restaurant was building a loyal following but needed help generating consistent weeknight traffic and recognition in the city's competitive chef-driven dining scene.
The Challenge
As Saltyard approached its one-year anniversary, weekend business was strong but weeknight sales were underperforming. Media coverage had slowed since opening, and the brand was struggling to stand out in a crowded Atlanta restaurant market.
